Goat Milk Ice Cream

  • 1 can (12 oz.) MEYENBERG Evaporated Goat Milk
  • 1 1/4 Cups Powdered Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 TSPs vanilla extract


Luscious, creamy, light vanilla ice cream that is both easy to digest and easy to make.
Using just three simple ingredients and no ice cream machine required.

Chill the evaporated can and a large mixer bowl in the fridge for two hours.
Pour the milk into the chilled mixer bowl and whip on high speed until fluffy (about one minute.)
Add the powdered sugar in thirds while whipping (about 20 seconds)
Add vanilla and whip until soft peaks form.
place bowl in freezer for one hour. Remove and whip again for one minute.**
Place in an air tight container with lid. Serve in chilled bowls.

**Add in or top with your favorite ice cream flavor: Blended fruit, chocolate etc.
