Compares with the Best Gourmet Cheeses
Garry R on March 30, 2010
This goat cheddar compares well with the best gourmet goat cheeses. It tasted much better than the standard fare of cheddar cheese from the store. The cheese that we received was in great condition, well packaged and kept well in our refrigerator for 2 or 3 months. It was very good on Hint-of-Salt Triscuits Triscuit Hint Of Salt, 9.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) and Ryvita Dark Rye Ryvita Rye, Dark, 8.8-Ounce (Pack of 10) crackers with a distinctive mildness without any sharp bite. The only cheese that we enjoyed even more was the goat gouda available from iGourmet. For a real treat use this cheese to make an egg omelet!
