Easy Lasagna Casserole



  • 4 Cups large egg noodles
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 package ( 1 1/2 oz) spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 cup Meyenberg Evaporated Goat Milk
  • 1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese


Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain. In large skillet brown ground beef and onions. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix, and cook mixture over medium heat until it begins to thicken. In saucepan, heat evaporated goat milk and cream cheese until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cooked noodles and garlic salt. Pour noodle mixture into 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Spread meat mixture over noodles. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350°F 20 minutes or until bubbly.

8 to 10 servings.

Microwave Directions: Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes or until steaming. Turn 3 to 4 times during cooking time.
