3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 ½ cup Meyenberg Goat Milk
1 cup Meyenberg Goat Milk Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
2 tablespoons red pepper, finely chopped
Salt, black pepper, and cayenne (optional) to taste
Add the butter to a small saucepan and place over low heat. Once melted, whisk in flour until there are no clumps, should begin to be bubbly. Slowly whisk spices of choice, then milk. Stir in the shredded cheese until smooth. Then garnish with red pepper, black pepper, cayenne, and chopped cilantro. Dip in your favorite chips and enjoy!
