A quick satiating, flavorful, and cheesy snack.
1 large bag of tortilla chips
8 ounces (one package) Meyenberg Goat Milk Cheddar, grated
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, finely slice
2.25 ounce can black olives, sliced
2 limes, sliced in quarters
Hot sauce, to taste
Cooked beans or ground beef, chopped tomatoes, and salsa are all optional toppings
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray your sheet pan or line with parchment paper. Once heated, add the chips, evenly spread out, topped with the grated cheddar. Once crispy and golden, this should take 4-5 minutes, top with your favorite toppings. We simply add cilantro, jalapeño, black olives, squeezed limes, and hot sauce.
