Goat Milk Caffè Latte

Ingredients
Espresso
Meyenberg Whole Goat Milk or Low-Fat
Sweetener of choice, optional
Directions
Prepare the espresso. While the espresso is heating up, warm your milk on the stove. Once tiny bubbles begin to form, shut off the heat. Whisk vigorously until the milk doubles and is frothy, this can also be done easily with an electric hand-held frother. Then pour the espresso into a cup, and add in the frothy milk. Try scooping out the frothy left-overs with a spoon, and add a dash of cinnamon or cardamom on top for an extra bit of spice.
