Rose & Pistachio Chocolate Bark with Goat Milk Butter

Prep time: 10 minutes. Servings: 6

Ingredients

½ cup goat butter

1 cup cacao powder

¼ cup honey

¼ cup pistachios, chopped

2 tablespoons rose petals, crushed

2 teaspoons flake salt

Directions

Add the goat butter to a glass or stainless steel mixing bowl and place over a simmering pot of water. Begin to stir as the butter melts. Once melted, turn off the heat. Whisk in the honey (or liquid sweetener of choice) and cocoa powder.

Once everything is well combined, pour out onto a large baking pan lined with parchment paper. Use a silicone spatula to spread across the parchment paper. Then sprinkle with the chopped pistachios, rose petals, and flake salt to taste.

Place in refrigerator or freezer anywhere from 2 hours to overnight. Break up the bark to store, and take it out just before serving to avoid the bark melting or getting too gooey. Enjoy after dinner or as an extra special sweet treat during the day.
