Strawberry Goat Milk Shake
Prep time: 5 minutes. Servings: 1
Ingredients
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup Meyenberg Whole Goat Milk or Low-Fat
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 fresh or frozen banana
2 TBSPs seed or nut butter
1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
Directions
Add all the ingredients into your blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
