Icon Ingredients

2 cups flour (we used oat)

1/3 cup protein powder of choice

1/2 cup nut butter, melted and slightly cooled (we used peanut butter)

4 Tablespoons maple syrup

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup Meyenberg Whole Powdered Goat Milk

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Icon Directions

Thoroughly mix together flour and protein powder in a large bowl. Fold in the Goat Milk powder, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. You may need to add a few tablespoons of water, as the mixture should be the consistency of cookie dough - thick by pliable. Add chocolate chips. Next, begin to make cookie dough balls. Each ball should be about 2 tablespoons, rolled into a ball. Set the rolled balls on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
