Probiotic Blueberry Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup baby spinach
1 ripe banana
1 cup Meyenberg Goat Milk Kefir
2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon matcha powder

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir or shake before serving.
