Everything-But-The-Bagel Goat Kefir Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Meyenberg Plain Goat Milk Kefir
3 tsp Everything Bagel Spice
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Juice from half a lemon
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small food processer or blender. Blend for 30 seconds-1 minute or until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and fresh black pepper.
