2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups Meyenberg Goat Milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons Meyenberg Goat Milk Butter, or more to taste
½ cups fresh fruit, like blueberries or raspberries
¼ cups toasted seeds or nuts
Maple syrup or honey, to taste
Dash of cinnamon, optional

Icon Directions

Heat the waffle maker. Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Whisk in the flour, goat milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Once smooth set aside. Spray the waffle maker with a non-stick spray. Evenly pour in the mixture and cook until golden. This should take about 4-7 minutes. Top with butter, fruit, nuts or seeds, syrup, and a dash of cinnamon just before serving.
